Welcome to Florencia Wellness (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing this website, booking services, or attending classes/events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Florencia Wellness provides movement classes, wellness events, private bookings, workshops, and related offerings in Ontario, Canada.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services, or have a parent/guardian consent for participants under 18.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe/Wix Payments). By booking, you authorize payment for selected services and applicable fees.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellation/refund terms may vary by event or service and will be shown at checkout or event page.
Unless otherwise stated:

No-shows are non-refundable.

Requests to transfer/reschedule are not guaranteed.

Florencia Wellness may cancel/reschedule events due to weather, venue, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may offer a reschedule, credit, or refund at our discretion.
5. Health & Safety
You confirm you are physically and medically able to participate. You are responsible for disclosing relevant injuries, allergies, or medical conditions before participation.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in movement/wellness activities and creative workshops may involve inherent risks, including injury, allergic reaction, or property damage. You voluntarily assume these risks.
7. Waiver of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Florencia Wellness, its instructors, contractors, partners, and venues are not liable for direct/indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Participant Conduct
Respectful and safe conduct is required. We reserve the right to remove participants without refund for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
9. Minors
A parent/guardian must complete required consent/waiver documentation for any minor participant and accepts associated risks on the minor’s behalf.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, graphics, branding, images, and design) is owned by or licensed to Florencia Wellness. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Third-Party Platforms
We may use third-party tools and links (e.g., Wix, Stripe, social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party content, service interruptions, or policies.
12. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable Canadian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario.
